How to Watch Avengers: Doomsday in Theatres & Online

1. How to Watch in Theatres: Formats & Experiences

Avengers: Doomsday is engineered from the ground up as a massive visual and auditory spectacle. Director Anthony Russo & Joe Russo and the visual effects team at ILM / Wētā FX / Framestore designed the production specifically for premium large-format screens. When booking your cinema tickets, consider the following certified theatrical projection formats:

• IMAX 3D with Laser: Offers an expanded aspect ratio with up to 26% more picture on screen, dual 4K laser projection, and calibrated 12-channel surround sound. Highly recommended for the grand scale of the production.
• Dolby Cinema: Combines Dolby Vision high-dynamic-range imaging with spatial Dolby Atmos multi-dimensional audio, delivering deep inky blacks and unmatched contrast in action sequences.
• 4DX / MX4D: Immersive cinema with motion-synchronized seating, environmental wind, fog, lightning, and scent effects that mirror on-screen action sequences.
• Standard 2D & 3D: Available in multiplexes and single-screen cinemas across all metropolitan and tier-2/3 cities in native regional languages.
