dontbeac.app is a digital publication and technical resource hub providing engineering failure analysis, system architecture reviews, AI agent prompt configurations, and monetization playbooks.
- Delivery: All paid products (Commercial Prompt Vault, Agent Configurations, Playbooks) are delivered digitally and instantly via web authentication upon confirmed payment. No physical goods are shipped.
- License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable individual license to read and utilize the configurations within your personal or commercial engineering projects. Reselling or distributing the raw vault files as a competing database is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing
Our pricing is transparently presented before checkout:
- International Transactions: Billed in USD ($20.00) via Razorpay for Tier-1 and global cardholders.
- Domestic Indian Transactions: Billed in INR (₹499) via UPI, NetBanking, and domestic cards.
- Payment Gateways: Transactions are handled by authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / Stripe) in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
4. User Obligations & Permitted Use
You agree not to:
- Use any automated scraping tool, bot, or spider to systematically crawl or download the full proprietary database without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with the authentication or payment verification layers.
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or dispute legitimate transactions without first reaching out to our support team.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All engineering post-mortems and software advice are shared for educational and technical research purposes. While all technical case studies are verified by software engineers, dontbeac.app does not guarantee specific uptime, profitability, or error-free execution when adopting open configurations in production. Our maximum liability is limited to the exact purchase price paid.
